Makes: ½ cup of dip, just about enough for 4 people with a large bag of nachos.
Ingredients:
- Hummus – 6 tablespoons
- Cheese spread – 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard – 1½ teaspoon
- Honey – 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Pickled Jalapenos chopped tiny – 1 tablespoon (for more kick add 1 crushed tarvoti chilli
Method:
- In a bowl whisk together all of the above ingredients with a fork.
- Serve with nachos, fries, julienned veggies, crumb fried chicken or fish, use as a spread in wraps or as a salad dressing.
Notes:
- For a a spicier dip, cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours .
- Feel free to add chopped fresh basil or parsley/paprika/cumin powder/ a roasted crushed garlic flake etc.
