CORIANDER CHUTNEY

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • Grated Coconut – 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup
  • Garlic – 3 flakes
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Shallots – 2 or ½ an onion roughly chopped
  • Tamarind – ½ marble-sized ball
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Grind all the ingredients together until well blended. Add more water as required to adjust consistency.
  • Serve with Idli or Dosa.
