Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- Grated Coconut – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup
- Garlic – 3 flakes
- Green chilli – 2
- Shallots – 2 or ½ an onion roughly chopped
- Tamarind – ½ marble-sized ball
- Water – ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together until well blended. Add more water as required to adjust consistency.
- Serve with Idli or Dosa.
